IN ANY EVENT, NEL BLU MEDIA'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO THIS LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
